Hey There. my name is Karen and I have been in the healing arts for over twenty-four years. For the last decade, I have refined a method of quantum healing to show everyone how to heal themselves from the inside.

My mission has always been to understand the human experience from the perspective of energy, and the curiosity of “how can I use energy to change all of our lives for the better?”

After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, I was diagnosed with celiac disease and went on to became an award-winning gluten-free chef, with a brick and mortar bakery while authoring two cookbooks and launching a flour blend line. All while raising my incredible son.

After some huge life events (which included adrenal failure) I realized it was time to stop proving my worth and be it. This required a radical life change to eliminate the high levels of stress I had cultivated in my mind, then my body and my spirit. I quickly made the decision to hang up my apron (for a spell) and heal myself through self awareness, meditation, mind mastery,  yoga, and understanding how both negative and positive energy impacts our lives.  

It was a death of the old self; (ego death at its finest) and it was within this death that I found my true calling to always be in service to the greater good.

During this rebirth I became attuned at the master level of Reiki III, however, after this placement, my teacher asked what I was doing.  She said, “that isn’t Reiki.”

Perplexed, my journey began, and after a decade of intensive study in quantum physics, quantum mechanics, and quantum energy,  I have come to understand the healing I somehow could channel from the beginning; it’s an energy that clears energetic structures that take people out of alignment with themselves. It is beyond Reiki and I have been lead to call it the Quantum Holistic Healing Technique.  Structure is my gift and the particles we see as light is my medium.  

Now, it is all energy, all the time, as I ponder my ever evolving role as conduit, observer and teacher. With tremendous gratitude, I have humbly devoted the remainder of my life to learning, sharing and healing others in search of the answer.
